The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.
When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).

Re: New convert under way
Thank you. I made the mistake of running it like a traditional small block. Back to work to reroute correctly.

Will there be longer bolts going on later? (Don't see their ends coming out the self locking nuts.)

Re: New convert under way
the bolts just stick through the nuts enough for a positive lock.

Re: New convert under way
Merry Christmas. Made a border trip to pick up
up some parts. Gas tank finally shipped on Monday. Time for the balance of cage etc to be installed. Have to install my CV adapters and cv joints so I can measure for axles . Going to cut out the center of my sway bar and refab. Then I can ship out and have the new one made. Getting closer.

Hey Kevin
Progress is looking good. -6 line to the front is plenty big enough.
Happy New Year

Is that a pre-bent kit? Or are you bending it up?

Re: New convert under way
This is a real nice pre made kit from Hanksville hot rods in Colorado. Everything comes labeled and located on all joints. They tack assemble in a car in house to assure good fitment. You can get it made for interior or no interior. They have all the door bars roof cross back x they do it all. 1.5" DOM seamless SCCA approved. Prices are good. I bought extra metal for trans support etc. My cost here in Canada , would have been 10 times more. my cross member made here locally would have cost me 1200.00 to 1800.00. I paid
under 500 Canadian shipped. Great products. They did my cross member, hoop for Torsion tube, they have it all on file. The owner Hank is a really good guy to work with.
