Oil Pan question Empty Oil Pan question

Post  Rothaus Mon Feb 19, 2018 11:58 am

I just received some of the part for my 944 LS1 conversion. I'm looking at the oil pan and it looks like it's blasted. It could also be coated, but I don't think so.

Did anybody go and powder or ceramic coat the oil pan ?

Thanks for any info.

If you got your pan from TPC, then it is coated. No need to paint it.
