HOW TO DO AN ADVANCED SEARCH.

For the benefit of 944Hybrids users there are two search functions available for you to use.
The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.
When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).
After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

i starting taking the old 944 aparts its a 1986 late style dash ive had the car for more that 5 years stock and now im looking for some more punch out of it Smile This is a Canadian build !

heres my finds :
Lq4 6L engine out of a junk yard find Express van Unknown Millage So i opened it and refreshed it
~ Block is cleaned and honed by the machine shop
~New cam bearings
~Mesure and inspected the mains and rod : Perfect conditions so didnt change them
~Installed new OEM ring kit
~Full gasket set by rock auto

sourced ls1 camaro parts
~Crank pulley @ rock auto
~Alternator with bracket @scrap yard
~PS pump with brackets @ scrap yard
~LS1 camaro water pump @ rock auto
~Tensioner @ new
~Belt with out AC
For the dash gauges to work
~ÜRO PARTS 92860620301 Oil Pressure Sender
~Fitting is a Mod'ed O2 bung with a Transmission cooler fitting welded together and fits perfect ( all post pictures later )
~ Coolant sensor VDO Gauges A2C59517248S ( didnt received yet )
~ VSS kit from TPC
~ Im gonna use the Porsche fuel pump for now
Adaptors and custom parts
~ TPC Kit
Exhaust
~Modding a set of hooker 2312's ( In progress )

updates
i installed my engine for TT engagement mesuring, Seems to me that the truck engine already have a longer crank and i didnt need to ajuste the Shaft engagement for this application , Here is some pictures of my progress slow but working on it
