For the benefit of 944Hybrids users there are two search functions available for you to use.
The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.
When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).
After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

V8 Swap Project Car Swap Out
Unfortunately its time for me to move on. I started a V8 swap after my inline 4 blew. I have since moved and started a new job. I no longer have a lift or an actual garage to work on the car in and as such I must sell. Everything was purchased last summer and none of it has been actually used, very few parts ever even made it onto the car.
The car has one baseball sized rust hole where the battery sits and some rust starting to show underneath. When I had my lift I did not see anything other than some slight surface rust so this has gotten worse over the winter despite not seeing any salt. The wiring has been mostly gutted from the engine bay and the plan was to remove the pop up headlights so the mechanism to open them has been removed. The exterior was painted by a PO at least 5 years ago according to the man I bought it from. Its not horrible, however you can definitely tell in some spots where the prep was poor. The car was pretty cheap and it was only meant to be a track car when I started.
The engine is a 5.3 iron block from a 2003 Chevy 1500 with approximately 100k miles. Make me an offer if you want it. It is basically a stripped long block. The clutch/pp/flywheel and the oil pan are on the engine.
ALL SWAP PARTS AND COILS HAVE BEEN SOLD. Someone make me an offer on the rest of the vehicle I want it gone. Will consider parting the rest of the car out if someone wants larger parts off it.
I don't have any photos of the whole car. It is currently jammed in a tiny garage so getting photos is a pain. If anyone is actually interested let me know specifically what you're interested in and I'll send you photos. Can call or text 570 317 3464 as well. Located in Bloomsburg, PA.

Re: V8 Swap Project Car Swap Out
I would be interested in taking some of the parts off your hands. I am in the middle of mine and could use a handful of items you have that should be easy to ship. Let me know if you are good with parting out and I’ll text you in the morning. Thanks.

Re: V8 Swap Project Car Swap Out
I am willing to part it out. Let me know what you need and I'll see what I can do. I would like to sell the conversion kit as a whole if I can. I also have custom headers from TPC I forgot to mention.

I have some spare quarters sitting around. The wife may make me sleep the couch for a bit but let me know if you just need to unload the thing.
