The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.
When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).
After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

Hi all,
What are people using for a fuel pump? Is the turbo/S2 pump adequate?
Thanks!
Gord.

Re: fuel pump?
Stock pump is fine unless you are adding a bunch of power adders. You should keep a return line.

Re: fuel pump?
My car still has the factory 944 pump. It's keeping up fine at 389 whp, a/f ratio was good all the way to redline on the dyno. This with the factory Vette fuel filter / regulator and dead-head fuel rail.

Thanks, I already have an S2 pump, so I'll use that with the Corvette filter.

Re: fuel pump?
Corvette filter with regulator has a return line at the filter that goes to the tank, which allows a single feed to the engine. This works well with the stock 944 pumps.

Re: fuel pump?
OK, thanks. Here's what I'm going to do:
-Use S2 pump in standard location.
- Add a Corvette regulating filter, to allow for return line operation. I assume this is to keep the pump happy?
- Locate the filter in the rear by the pump and use a single line forward.
Thanks for all the comments.
