HOW TO DO AN ADVANCED SEARCH.

For the benefit of 944Hybrids users there are two search functions available for you to use.
The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.
When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).
After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

Renegade clutch fork?
Does anyody know what fork they used for their early style conersion? I snapped the clip that holds on to the piot.....yeah there is a letter or two on my keyoard that quit also haha, Thanks

I know that the slave cylinder was from a C4 Corvette, perhaps the fork is from that also?

Thanks,it looks close Ill have to get a measurement. I didn't know the slave was from a C4.

on the 928 5sp. kit uses an '84-'88 VETTE small (153 tooth flywheel) bellhousing, fork, and External slave.
also has a small pushrod between fork and piston (of slave).
simple,ugly and functional!

Yes, it works good so I'm not ganna fix it! The fork has ben modified, from the part # its from an 86 chevy truck. Looks like it was cut and the push rod dimple moved, so I'll have to hit the parts counter and a torch.
