For the benefit of 944Hybrids users there are two search functions available for you to use.
The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.
When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).
After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

1986 5.3 conversion for sale

1986 Porsche 944 guard red
Ls swapped with low mile 2007 5.3
Second owner low mile.
Texas performance swap kit with long tube ceramic coated headers, motor mounts and torque tube adapter, oil pan.
5.3 has fresh 243 heads shaved .020 new trick flow springs and seals.
Comp 54-426-11 cam,
rocker trunnion kit,
lingenfelter 58x-24x crank sensor converter,
ls6 intake with pots ported throttle body.
Upgraded and matched fuel injectors.
High flow fuel pump
All new water pump, custom power steering pump for brake booster, ac compressor and associated brackets.
New front suspension to include bushings, bearings and ball joints. Turbo drilled rotors and brembo powder coated brake calipers.
Custom rebuildable front struts.
BMW hydraulic boosted brakes with remote reservoir.
Strut tower support.
Rear coil over suspension with torsion bar delete.
18" Turbo twist wheels powder coated satin black,
upgraded wheel studs with steel nuts.
Turbo lsd trans axle with na 5th gear.
Body has front bumper recessed with holes filled from bumper pads.
Texas performance rear Fiberglass bumper and side skirts.
968 mirrors and door handles. Turbo rear diffuser
968 rear wing.
Rebuilt torque tube with 1 additional bearing installed.
Custom radiator,
new Porsche cooling reservoir.
914 headlight motor conversion.
Larger sway bars.
Power steering,
power windows,
ac and sun roof.
Kenwood stereo with sub and amp.
Turbo cluster.

What is the red thing right inside the front bumper? Almost looks like a turbo blow off valve

I put a turbo on it. I didn’t like it. It’s over powered as is.
I have that whole set up if you know someone who wants a rear turbo setup.
