HOW TO DO AN ADVANCED SEARCH.

Mon Jul 08, 2013 3:56 pm by Admin

When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).

After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

I tried a cobra head elbow as well, they sit up really high... In my swap, the silicone intake elbow is slightly up against my decklid latch as well. Still with I had a better solution there, it's not really restricting airflow, but it's an eyesore.

Check out what some of the Cayman LS swaps do, they mount a 90* tube/adapter between the intake and the throttle body.

If you run an LT2 intake in a forward facing configuration, I believe you have to figure out something for the fuel pump, since it's designed to face the bellhousing. It also is taller than the LT1 intake.

What I usually do is get a 90 degree silicone hose and cut it really short on the throttle body side. Plus I cut it at an angle, so that it points back towards the engine a little. This has worked really well for my builds.
