After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

    Oil Filler Empty Oil Filler

    Post  87-944S Thu Jul 14, 2011 5:28 pm

Has anyone found a replacement for the stock oil filler? All I can find are breathers, I want to get rid of the stock unit that sticks up to clear the plastic covers that I am not using. I'd like a cap that fits right onto the valce cover, with no neck. Thanks,

Just take off the extension piece the cap will screw right onto the valve cover.

No way! That is great, I'll do that when I get back this weekend, thanks Eric! A perfectly simple solution, compared to the hoops we jump through to make these conversions work!

beware on mine the cap does screw onto the valve cover without the extension, but does not clear the coil packs if mounted on the valve cover
