• 1987 Porsche 924S with LS swap
• Built for WRL GP1 class, can run Chump EC class as well
• Currently sits at 2911lbs; could lose 150lbs and still be in GP1
• Professionally built and maintained by Porsche 944 LS swap expert, HotRodz Dallas
• Over $30k in parts invested in the car and at least that much in labor
• Currently a podium contender in GP1 class with two second place finishes at Barber Motorsports Park in August. With a little more development, it should contend for an overall podium
• Stock 255hp 4.8 liter LS with LS1 Intake
• LS swap completed by Texas Performance Concepts
• Professionally tuned by TPC tuning for 248 whp and 300 lb ft
• 944 Turbo S LSD trans with trans cooler
• Heavy duty Lindsey racing axles
• Stage II Spec clutch
• Accusump and Aluminum radiator
• Fuel Safe 21 gallon fuel cell with custom firewall by Brinks Racecraft
• New tach, gauges, and switch panels
• Kirkey full containment seat
• Koni/Ground Control coilover suspension
• Hydroboost brake system
• 2 sets of Porsche wheels; 16x8 Phone Dials and 16x7 Boxster wheels
• Set of Hancook RS4 225/50/16 tires with 50% tread, plus a set of Dunlop Direzza’s with 75% tread
• The car is fully sorted and ready to go racing; just add fuel
$12,500 for the car and all the spares we have.
I have a build sheet and plenty of pics of the car. Looking to move on to another 944 project and need this gone to make room.
