01E Transmission
Sorry if this has already been posted but I didn't see any topics on it -
I've seen a couple of threads on other boards about using an O1E transmission instead of a 944T trans.
It seemed like there were some people making kits to fit the o1e but I can't seem to find anything out there if anyone has any leads.
Alternatively, I see a couple of AOT trans in my area that are going for roughly 2k so any opinions on going one way or the other is welcomed - seems like I can pick up a junkyard o1e for around 800, just not sure how much trouble/money it would cost to retrofit it.

Re: 01E Transmission
There's one post on here about doing the 01E swap. Seemed fairly simple with some modifications needed.
