86 944 V8

Selling my 86 944 hybrid. Car was built by Black Forest Racing in FL and owned by the shop owner as his personal car. Bought the car with the engine removed. Turned out it sat for too long with coolant and ruined the block. I sourced a very good running LT1 (told it was a Vette engine, 350 hp 350 ft lbs torque. We pulled it out of a pick up truck that has this engine swapped into it.

Long story short, we never put the car back together. I had the engine compartment painted so that it would clean and tidy with the "new" engine". I don't have the skills to do the wiring, eventhough it was already done. The harness will possibly need to be "cleaned up". Car had PS and PB back when it ran.

Included: 2 computers, harness on 2nd engine and conversion harness attached to car, 944 Turbo LSD gearbox, exhaust system (missing y-pipe), headers, several radiators and fans, bell housing, clutch.

Missing: y-pipe from headers to exhaust system, brake master cylinder setup, clutch master cylinder set up on fire wall, pressure plate maybe MIA.

Body: straight rust free, needs paint. red paint is shot

Interior is decent: light beige, needs a good cleaning.

Extra FS: perfect replacement dash and rear glass with rubber spoiler (not incl. in sale price but available for $1,500.00 both pieces, only with car purchase)

Wheels: 17" Cup II style wheels
