Custom Clutch MC Mount

Hi,

I had a couple of these clutch MC mounts made from aluminum billet by a local machine shop. This is designed specifically for the Wilwood 7/8" PN#260-10374  master cylinder. The MC mounts horizontally, but at a slight angle to align with the angle of the pushrod.

As with a lot of conversion parts, you may need to massage a bit to make this work. For example, I use a steel firewall reinforcement plate. The sides of the mounting tabs need to be trimmed slightly (at least on my car) to accommodate the mounting bolts. Depending on your setup, you may need a longer or shorter pushrod/clevis.

I've just finished a whole bunch of updates and have my car back on the road. My initial impressions of using this is 1) clutch pedal feel is much smoother, lower effort 2) packaging-wise it's simpler to have the MC mounted vertically.

I only made 2 copies, one is in my car and this is the 2nd.

Adapter is sold, thanks guys.

If there's no interest in the nose and radiator here, I'll put them on Pelican/Rennlist and/or eBay next week.

And, I'll have a set of 17" CCW classic wheels (8.5" and 10" width) ready to post for sale in a week or two. I moved to wider wheels/tires and these just need a polish before being ready to sell.

Do the CCW's fit early or late offset?

Hi,
I used them with late offset suspension. The rears needed a small spacer running NT-01 275/17 tires to cure a slight rubbing in the upper wheel well - the car is set up pretty low.

I'll measure the backspacing and post that along with some photos. It will be after the holidays though.
