The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.
When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).
After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

Classic 9 Leather Shop
I just wanted to give a product / vendor credit. I had classic 9 leather shop do my dash, center console and door panels. just got them today and they look GREAT! Very professional. I only wish I had my seats done by them. My own work pales in comparison!

I did my carpet and dash recover with their products. Very high quality. The dash really wasn't hard to do and turned out great, much better than original.

Michigan. If you go with vinyl instead of leather, the prices are even better.

Re: Classic 9 Leather Shop
I need to post pics, I had Classic 9 do my 944 sport seats, dash, console, and my 968 rear seats to match the pattern of the 944 sport seats, beautiful work. Someday I'll install it all.

The parts are Porsche black, my camera washed out a few of them, I tried to show the stitching details.

Nice. Is that leather? I did my dash with his vinyl DIY kit. My dash looks good and yours looks better than mine.

All leather!
Yes, every piece has been redone in leather, super soft, Porsche black. The pictures don't do the real product justice. I like this so much I am considering having the door panels done in leather as well. I plan on keeping this car, and wanted a fresh interior. Everything mechanical is being replaced during the build. Once I have it on the road it will get a full paint job too.

Wow!
That is one beautiful upholstery job. I wish I would muster up the energy to take my interior out and restore it! but the v8 is enough for a first project
