The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.
When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).

Electric brake booster questions
Hello Everyone.
Has anyone tried to run an electric brake booster on their swap?
Came across some threads on another forum, was trying to see if it's feasible on an LS swap instead of hydroboost set up.
If so, which brand/model. How has the experience been so far, etc etc.

Re: Electric brake booster questions
I have used one electric brake booster on another car. I won't ever do it again. Never had the same brake feel twice. Always noisy. Never felt secure with the brakes. I'm sure there are people that have had success with them.

Did you use an OE unit or an aftermarket piece? I have seen aftermarket kits come out lately that have a booster mounted remotely from the master cylinder, and it has piqued my interest as an option for freeing up space by the valve covers.

It was an aftermarket unit. It had a separate booster.

That's a shame. It looks like the same unit Jegs sells under their brand.
