Brake Lines Empty Brake Lines

Post  yamamtx Wed Oct 05, 2016 7:37 pm

Hello Guys,

I am trying to reuse my stock brake lines, I cut the ends off and did double flares on the stock lines and hooked it to the willwood master. I have tried over and over again to fix the leaks and I can not get it to stop! What am I missing? Has anyone had luck doing a double flare on the stock lines? Thanks

the stock flares are bubble flares. the wilwood master cylinders typically use a double flare.

I am using a Wilwood 1 inch tandem manual master cylinder. I am going to try a different flaring tool next.
