For the benefit of 944Hybrids users there are two search functions available for you to use.
The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.
When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).
After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

New hybrid forum
I've started a new hybrid forum that is open to all cars with any type of engine swap. This isn't meant to replace forums like this one. It's meant as a gathering place for all car guys/girls to show the world what they have built. Some people have not seen a conversion like yours so lets show them what you have built! Check out the user garage section.

Re: New hybrid forum
Thanks Craig...
I registered, but can't upload an avatar. Is storage limited like it was here starting out?
Cool site, BTW.

Re: New hybrid forum
Storage shouldn't be limited. I'll have Ryan look into it, I'm still new to the admin thing.
Thanks for checking it out!

Re: New hybrid forum
Hey guys, I like the new look!
We just updated our forum as well, let me know what you think.
I realize that we are a small community and some of you are thinking "do we really need 3 furums?" The short answer is probably not, and who knows what will happen over at the old board. I wish them luck over there but man, they really screwed up and I think they know it. Anyways, I think it's obvious that hybrid9s and this forum have different goals and I believe we can both be successful. There is already a ton of tech info here and this forum is obviously focused on our favorite platform, the 944. I too love 944s and always will. We are still focused on them...as you can see by the name, header and placement of the 944 section. But I want to draw a bigger audience to our community and also show you guys what other builders are doing.
Thanks,
Craig
