Mon Jul 08, 2013 3:56 pm by Admin

For the benefit of 944Hybrids users there are two search functions available for you to use.
The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.

When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).

After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

My 87 924S Widebody LS# Empty My 87 924S Widebody LS#

I just bought this car.  It is an 87 924S with a widebody kit and a 2000 mile old LS3 crate engine.  It has Koni shocks, Weltmeister sways, Turbo brakes, coilovers in the front and 30MM torsion bars in the rear. I just drove it up from Sarasota without incident. Tires are 255/18 fronts and 295/18 rears.

My 87 924S Widebody LS# Empty Street Challenge

Post  johntorg Sat Apr 15, 2017 7:46 am

Thanks, I am going to install an LSd, tall 5th, turbo transaxle this week. I am looking forward to some on street testing. It's pretty funny. I have a 94 ZR1 that I drive and no-one ever looks to race me. With this car, on the 410 mile trip from Sarasota, I had 3 people pull up next to me looking to race.
