For the benefit of 944Hybrids users there are two search functions available for you to use.
The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.
When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).
After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

1985.1 944 and 1987 944 for sale!

Hey guys, this is an ad for 2 cars.
Both cars need a little TLC, these are not show cars by any means.
The first, a 1985.1 944. Red in color, runs great, shifts great, needs interior work, has no carpet, has electrical issues, has no title. Parts car only, unless your state has different title options and it can be titled.
Second car 1987 944, Black in color, runs good (needs a tune up), power steering pump bracket it broken, I have a new one off of an 84' 944, and I hope it fits. Has a few electrical gremlins, but runs and drives on the streets, has aftermarket 17's with sporty tires. Has a Clean Title! Has a dent in front passenger fender, in decent shape
I also have an entire engine / gauges, HVAC controls, switches, ect from an 84' 944 that have to go as well. I have an extra wiring harness for the 85.1 as well.
I would like to sell everything at once, all the spare parts and both cars NEW PRICE - $4500
All profits after I pay some bills will be used to buy a V8 Swap kit from Eric!

Waaaaant. I just don't have a place to put them and I definately don't have the time for a trip. (FL is a bit of a drive to WI, lol)

Will be posting new Prices in the Morning! Looking to get 1000, for the parts car, it will have no hood or door handles, and 2500 for the black car without the aluminum rims.
