wilwood clutch master
just getting all parts ordered for ls1 swap and as my oem clutch master is toast i thought i would get a wilwood 13/16 or 7/8 master, but all the recommended ones seem to have the mounting holes in north south pattern and the porsche is east west mounting, do i need to make adaptor or just drill firewall to suit?

Re: wilwood clutch master
TPC has clutch masters made by tilton that are modified for the 944. Wilwood and tilton do not make one in the correct orientation as is. My experience with the wilwood that are modified to fit don't last long. I prefer the Tilton.

Re: wilwood clutch master
There used to be an aluminum bolt-on adapter deal to change the bolt pattern for a standard Wilwood or Tilton master. This was years back, xschop maybe?

Heck, I installed the Wilwood with no modification. It works without any issue.

In the kit it is suppled with a fitting that allows you to pipe it right to the factory res. It's easy. Do it.

I used the Wilson’s for my system. Slight modification but no issues whatsoever in years.
