For the benefit of 944Hybrids users there are two search functions available for you to use.
The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.
When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).
After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

1987 N/A Build
We have already begun our build and we wanted to share where we have been where we are. Any suggestions is appreciated Yes we know we should have painted it after but due to painter conflicts we had to get it in when we did. It is a 1987 N/A that was really messed up. The more we tore down the more we have found. We have requested a manual and have not received one yet so everyone Thank You in advance for all of your help and support. Our goal is to build a quality road going, autocross and maybe a track day car with A/C due to VA heat and humidity. While at it make it reliable but most of all fun. Not flashy.[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Nice fan setup, are those 10" fans on a custom shroud? Are you wiring relays from the gm fuse box or stock Porsche box?

Those are ten inch fans. Lots of work going on. Engine bay was ceramic coated and sound deadened prior to installation. We took engine out from top and was no problem. Rebuild and coated cross member have rebuilt steering rack working on shock mounts top and bottom now.
