Re: 87-944S First Fire
Ok, it sounded like really short exhaust so that makes sense.
Do you prefer Flowmaster? I never liked the sound of the chambers.
I like Magna flow that has straight through tubing and no chambering.
I like to compare with everyone to se the differences of opinions and parts.

Re: 87-944S First Fire
Well, I've never ran this Flowmaster, so I can't say if I like it or not. I'm hoping it is relatively quiet, I want to hear the engine but keep some stealth factor. Mufflers are relatively cheap, compared to other parts of the conversion , so if I don't like the sound I'll swap it out.

i'm running a single 3inch in and out flowmaster 50 series muffler, it sounds GORGEOUS!!! lots of deep grumble, not extremely loud, but loud enough to hear it, and feel it...plus it absolutely screams at higher rpms...howls like a banshee as i say!
