Is it a hard swap? I have a NA trans that I am using as a donor for my AOR LSD unit.

It is pretty straight forward. You will need to find a thin jaw gear puller or just file out a standard 3-jaw one in order to fit it in the gear lip to pull out the 5th gear stack out.
