HOW TO DO AN ADVANCED SEARCH.

For the benefit of 944Hybrids users there are two search functions available for you to use.
The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.
When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).
After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

Turbo to LS430 adapters
I have a pair of steel adapters that fit Turbo front wheel spindles. They are drilled for 94mm ears, and work with LS 430 Calipers. They were incorrectly supplied by Sloan and I had to get the correct ones from Xschop.
These were designed by Xschop
$100.00, shipping within the USA will be an additional $10.00

Yes if the distance between the ears where your caliper mounts is 94mm.

Re: Turbo to LS430 adapters
Those will fit an 86 Turbo, but you need to avoid those spindles/Hubs. They are weak and break at the stub shaft and unless you have a rotor hat for the rear hubs, you would have to turn the hub perimeters to get the Boxster S rotors on, making the thinner hubs even weaker....
Those were the only adapters I built for 87-up Turbo 94mm radial mount spindles to upgrade to the Lexus Calipers and Boxster S rotors. I rode in a 400HP turbo'ed 944 a few days ago with the Lexus/Boxster swap and that is some crazy stopping power when they are boosted. The MO30 brakes are limp in comparison

Re: Turbo to LS430 adapters
You can put late spindles on early cars and control arms. The 86T struts will readily accept the 87-up Turbo spindles, you'll either need to elongate the top strut hole or Have camber plates. You don't need RX7 control arms necessarily unless your B-joints pockets are fried. I can definitely build you a set.
And definitely get those adapters from Mike, I won't build those again.....
