For the benefit of 944Hybrids users there are two search functions available for you to use.
The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.
When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).
After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

Da da, da da daaaaaa!
So in the midst of shaking down my swap and doing my best to prep for my first track day (ever, not just with this car), I stumbled upon a great deal on some turbo body parts to do a front end conversion. With that, I present to you, the McDonalds car!
I seriously might not paint it for my first track day. Figure I'll probably catch fire after two laps anyway, so might as well go in, and out, with a bang.

Here are some pics of the interior slowly going back in. Not sure what I'm going to do with the space where I removed the rear seat. The rest of the floor and hatch space I covered in Cool-It Thermo Mat, so I might just do more of that.

Also, I found some Koni adjustables (including rear shocks) with only 700 miles on them, so I threw those on along with the Lexus calipers and some stainless braided brake lines all around.

AppBiz makes a nice RS style carpet kit that's designed for a rear-seat delete. They may be able to do just the rear seat section for you to match your stock black interior. The full interior kit in lightweight material is approx 15 lbs. If you removed the sound deadening, insulation and rear seat back, it's a worthwhile weight savings - albeit at the cost of more noise.
Good luck with your track day. Hopefully the car's sorted enough so you can spend the day focused on driving.
