SOLD 1987 951 LS
This is a running proven car. I bought this car off this forum (conversion done 10 years ago) two years ago and have not been disappointed in one bit. But I have only driven it maybe 2,000 Miles ( thought I would use it more). I bought a 944S2 Race Car and while I can afford them both, why let one just sit?
1987 Chassis
LS1 GTO 5x,xxx Miles - Probably 15,000 - 20,000 Since
New Starter
Transaxle Rebuilt in 2014
Sport Manual Steering Rack 944-347-015-00
996 Twist Wheels with like New Continental Extreme Contacts (maybe 500 Miles)
Koni Yellow Coilover in Front
Koni Yellow Shocks in rear
New Rennline Brake Lines
New RennBay Front BallJoints
New Elephant Racing Front Monoballs
New Windshield ($1400)
Recovered Dash
Sparco Steering Wheel with Quick dis-connect
Original Air-Bag Wheel ( I have two)
MOMO Leather Shift Nob
New Carpet 2 Years Ago
Corbeau Leather Seats w/Lumbar on Sliders
Kenwood KDC Bluetooth HD - Alpine Speakers
Repainted Rear UnderWing
All Fluids Changed, Brakes & Clutch Bleed - will include Power Bleeder
I have quite a few spare parts
Pros;
Runs Fantastic
Shifts Fantastic
Looks Great from 10 Feet
Cons;
No A/C - but I have all the components. This is a common complaint about conversions, but 944 A/C never worked great to begin with.
a few Paint Flaws/normal rock chips
Car had a reflector panel between the rear lights. I welded those holes up, but it need to be finished better
SOLD SOLD

Re: SOLD 1987 951 LS
I joined the forum just to see this car but I can’t send pms yet. I would like to see more pictures also. I’m not too familiar with these, but the stance of the car, is it nose heavy, on purpose, or something else? Thanks
