For the benefit of 944Hybrids users there are two search functions available for you to use.
The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.
When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).
After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

Re: Wilwood 6-piston on 330mm Cayenne Rotors
Anyone have a set of these calipers they would like to sell. It seems there is a sudden shortage on ebay. LOL

Re: Wilwood 6-piston on 330mm Cayenne Rotors
Just found a set of the 6R Integras on Ebay for $399 (Ex-Nascar), and snagged them. How do I go about ordering the adaptors, and centering rings? There are lots of NASCAR pads on Ebay but I have no idea what the compounds mean "mild", etc.
I have a late-offset 951 stuff on now, and also late NA spindles. I'd prefer adaptors for the latter (they are already machined for the 19mm ball joint studs), but I'll take whatever is available.

Re: Wilwood 6-piston on 330mm Cayenne Rotors
Rob,
Should any of the Wilwood 6R varieties with the 180mm radial mount work? I notice there are several different varities around with the 7.08" mounting width.

If the calipers share the same mounting dimensions as the Integra tech drawing, should be OK.

Re: Wilwood 6-piston on 330mm Cayenne Rotors
Ugh. The "Integra 6R" calipers from Ebay are radial mount after all (Integra 6). They are in great shape, and I'd like to keep them. It looks like adaptors could be made with just a flat plate of the right dimensions - any thoughts on that? I could probably fabricate something along those lines. I may have a set of the radial mount adaptors up for sale...

Willwood kit for 86 944NA
Hello- I am doing a stock LS1 conversion from an 2001 TransAm into my 86 944NA. My car will be for street and track use PCA DE and NASA HPDE. I am wondering if you have built this kit for my model yet? If you have or plan to I would be very interested in it. If not what set up would you recommend? Thank you.

Re: Wilwood 6-piston on 330mm Cayenne Rotors
I only have these for 87-up 951 spindles/hubs. You can mod your struts to fit or change front to later suspension.
If you have to keep your NA spindles/ hubs, I can build you a set of bolt-on solid 330x28 rotors and Lexus adapters for $500.
I can also supply the custom rotor pair later on for$350.

Re: Wilwood 6-piston on 330mm Cayenne Rotors
Interesting. I've been running the Cayenne rotor + Wilwood combo up front for 3 events now. After Road America, the rotors are looking a little tired (will keep them as spares), but the pads still look like new - amazing! New rotors are $86 from the Tire Rack, but heavy.
The front Brembo moved to the rear is workable, but requires the balance bar to be heavily baised to the front. I am going to try putting on the stock rear Brembos, and moving down to a 3/4" master (which would make it the same as the front). Very little movement in the MC with a 15/16, or 7/8th MC and the front Brembo calipers moved to the back - makes modulation difficult.

So this price is for the front set of calipers? Or just the rears? And do you still have them? And do you still make the adaptors for the Integra calipers?

I sold this set long ago.
I am completely out of the adapters as well and don't plan on making any more because Wilwood discontinued the Integras.....Shame

Damn I found a pair on ebay for like $1,200. I guess I will look into something else then. Unless you want to send me the measurements for the adaptors. But I don't expect you to do that.
I saw you mentioned something about the LS460 brakes. What are you doing with those?

Re: Wilwood 6-piston on 330mm Cayenne Rotors
I have a set of never used adaptors for the 6R that I would sell - the set of calipers I was shipped from ebay turned out to be axial mount, and I adapted my setup for that. I am using the hubcentric rings for the rotors, but those should be easier to source, or make.
$175 shipped.

Don't forget that you need centering rings for the rotors!

Great to meet you as well - glad they found a good home. It's an awesome setup once it's done.
As Lemming mentioned, don't forget the centering rings.
