For the benefit of 944Hybrids users there are two search functions available for you to use.
The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.
When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).

At the lower pass. side firewall the hard lines come up and the feed line from the fuel pump is closest to the pass. fender. The dilemma is the connection sizes are backwards from any other car I've worked on.....

For the 5/16 " feed side you can use a Dorman part number 800-079
Also the Dorman part number 800-078 looks the same but has 16mm threads and 3/8 line out

It has a 14mm female thread and a 5/16 " tube out let.
You will need a dorman part number 800-085 to connect to the filter inlet
It has a 5/16" line in on the barb side and 3/8" quick connect for the fuel filter side
Dorman part number 800-082 has 3/8" barb to 3/8" quick connect

You will need to have someone with a special tool push on the plastic 5/16" fuel line on both fittings to make the length hose you need, then it is just a plug and play deal.
