When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).

After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

Is it worth trying to find a TurboS Transaxle for an LS1 car or will the Turbo transaxle with LSD work fine?

You'll pay a premium for the Turbo S trans. I'm not sure it's worth the additional cash. If you can find a "regular" turbo trans that has an LSD and a cooler I'm sure it'll be fine.

Thanks, read somewhere the Turbo S trans. had a reinforced case and hardened 1St & 2nd gear. Do you know if the regular turbo trans has the hardened gears?

All transmission gears are hardened to some degree. IIRC the S trans has a different material for the main shaft, and therefore different heat treat and mechanical properties.

Until someone comes up with some data proving some improvement, I will not pay a premium for an S trans.

The turbo S transmissions do have a hardened shaft and 1 and 2 gears. Not sure that's worth the price premium though.

Turbo's have a hardened shaft and 1st gear. The main difference is the hardened 2nd gear. Power shifting a V8 into 2nd, w/o the hardend gear is probably not a good thing.
