I have a chance to get a Chevy 350 TPI out of a 88 corvette with aluminum head with the harness and computer. Its rebuilt with only 15k miles on it for 600$ Would that bolt up the the c5 Bell-housing.

Yes, it would bolt up to the C5 bell housing, you would miss one bolt hole. Although the TPI setup would not clear the hood. Cowl induction hood and no problem
