HOW TO DO AN ADVANCED SEARCH.

For the benefit of 944Hybrids users there are two search functions available for you to use.
The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.
When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).
After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

1984 Porsche 944 N/A 2.5L motor
I have a 1984 Porsche 944 2.5L motor with everything dme,harness,headers,y pipe, new starter, etc I am looking to sell so i can get a lt1 engine. Hit me up if anyone is interested. It is a real clean engine I just want it gone so i can start the lt1 build. B/O

You might try 944online and Pelican Parts. They both have forums that allow you to sell parts from your 944. I'm not thinking that many guys on this forum will be needing a 2.5L. Good Luck!

Andy, I received your PM unfortunately I don't have enough posts to reply to it. I am interested in the 1984 or possibly the 85 though. I would like some more info on them ( I am in the Northeast, so it's a bit of a trip for me to your location, but am willing to travel).

84 944 engine
I also have a 84 944 engine available, actually i have the whole car for sale...it was rear ended and its going cost me more than i can afford. I am down here in the southwest - albuquerque, nm
