HOW TO DO AN ADVANCED SEARCH.

Mon Jul 08, 2013 3:56 pm by Admin

For the benefit of 944Hybrids users there are two search functions available for you to use.
The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.

When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).

After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

I sent Greg $59.00 for a manual with the promise of getting it in a week.

Post  zeusrotty on Thu Oct 14, 2010 5:18 pm

Its been 3 weeks and it still isn't here. I PM'ed him after 8 days and he said he would ship it on the 4th of October. It still isn't here and Greg isn't responding to email or PM's... Any chance you'd be responsive here Greg?

At what point do we start thinking about criminal charges? He owes many people money and or parts and there has to be some kind of consequence and repercussion for this. Maybe when there are multiple counts of fraud against him, he would be more apt to do something about it. It is absolute theft to accept money over and over and not send a product back.

I hope you get it, but I personally wouldn't send Greg any money right now at all. Based on other peoples recent experiences with him it's too much of a crap shoot whether or not he'll follow through.

Did you pay him via Paypal?
If you did, contact them and file a complaint, I did, the world needs to know about this guy has treated us.

Too funny. clown

I'll send / post tracking numbers this afternoon.

Several...
For more than just Manuals.

A thief? I hardly think that's appropriate...
Down on physical and financial aspects of life?
That's about it.

No ill-intentions, no "conspiracies".
Just scrapin' by with a busted back and severely strapped cash-flow.
I don't have time to answer all emails and messages, either.
Sorry, but the current full-time employer has to come first.

Definitely no more "promises". The website clearly states 4-6 weeks shipping.
That will be the policy from today forward, even for the manuals.

For everyone else in the Inter-World...
It's all coming around slowly. Funds are still limited, shipping is still slow.
Stand on my throat, why don't ya.
I can still breath...barely.

Care to send my 944 and truck harness back while we've got you online? Or did you sell it off already?

Nothing has been sold.
Harnesses are still right here, in the box.

Well, glad to hear you're at least gainfully employed. Hopefully things will start turning around for you--and in return, for these people!

Well...

Post  zeusrotty on Fri Oct 15, 2010 5:53 pm

When you say a week, then you say Monday, and then another few weeks goes by, what am I to think? Cry or blame your back or whatever you have going on, but when it comes to you saying you are going to do something... Just do it. Or don't make promises you won't or can't fulfill. Money is tight for all of us, so whether it's a manual or a full kit with all of the bells and whistles, do what you are supposed to do and get the stuff out. Or just stop offering anything at all. It just creates undo stress for everyone including yourself. Now please send me my manual. * Thank you

I was wondering if my manual was shipped that day as well? I purchased it via PayPal on 9/20 and was told it would ship on 10/5 but still have not received it. Any information would be appreciated.

I am surprised people still send him money.

He refuses to send parts back.

Gives us no timeline. 2 years from now will not do us any good.

"Does not have the funds" but works full time

still takes orders, but does not fulfill it without a song and a dance.

Takes money, with no intentions of fulfilling orders "until he is good and ready"

still shows his "face" here and acts like his "$#**" don't stink. How many promises have you made and not come through? How many times are you going to tell us that the parts are coming, but in reality, WE both know, it is not going to happen? You know what, with your BS, I will be the first one to stand on your throat.

Has anyone received "hard parts" that was owed to them recently? Reality check- you will either not receive it at all, or receive only part of it, or receive it from another vendor because you cannot wait anymore.

Just Frustrated

With that fat mouth from behind a keyboard, you sure sound menacing...
Threaten me to my face, Big Man...

You still don't get it, Chris.

Motor-boat that crapper on and on, and you probably won't get anything from me any time soon. Talk that BS to my face and see how long you're standing. I will not be threatened, cursed or otherwise by any of your keyboard warrior stupidity and continue to respond to this crap. Apparently you have no idea what I'm really dealing with on my end, and to be honest...It's none of your damned business. I have done what I said I would since the day I originally joined PHB, until this financially crap-year. Working full-time means paying light bills, house payments, and feeding my family. Every leftover dime IS going toward resolving these issues that I have caused. It is my fault the parts business failed. I devoted all I had, monetarily and time, to developing, fabricating, and financing what I thought would be a benefit to the 944 V8 community. Sorry it went bad. It was not my intention, but it happened. For everyone involved, even your order.

"$#** don't stink"? Not that it all. Your smart-ass mouth is what stinks. I don't care if you can't comprehend what has gone into this deal from the beginning, but I do know things will be completed as soon as financially possible. Damn, did Enron pay anyone back? This has always been a small, one-man operation with limited backing. You knew that. I'm trying, but your complaints and posts, and empty threats do not accelerate any responses or immediate resolutions. The Manual sales are a SMALL amount of additional income to be applied toward the resolution of this mess.

My efforts may not satisfy your timeline, but they will provide a resolution. Yes, my attitude stinks, because of loud-mouthed BS just like this. It will not, however, slow or stop my attempts for resolution. A few other members HAVE been "repaid", despite what it took to be able to do just that. A small dent in a big Titanic. Money ran out, I went in debt, and it takes time to recover. I am doing what I can...

You keep asking for responses, but then you piss and moan anyway.
You will be taken care of, but back off, or slide further down the list.

Simple, blunt, and tired of your smart, threatening, vulgar mouth.
This is NOT my "general attitude", I am willing and attempting to reach a reasonable solution. BUT, I said it before - Blast / threaten me like RH, and you'll get it right back, +1.

_______________________________________________________________

In summary, family comes first, this mess is a close second, and myself last.
How could that be considered arrogant or "BS"? Because I can't get things resolved as soon as I (and others) would like?

Damn dude, sorry.
