When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).

After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

968 Aero Mirror Upgrade Help

Post  skywalker01 on Thu Jun 03, 2010 3:40 pm

I'm converting my electric 'flag' mirrors to 968 mirrors. Does anyone have pinouts for the wiring connectors? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

mirror conversion

Post  redhorse on Thu Jun 03, 2010 6:06 pm

It's been a while since I read the rules....and I am registered at multiple sites (and can't remember everything) so hopefully I won't violate any rules with this reply.

First, Clark's Garage has a technical page or two that tell you how to disassemble the flag mirrors, and it shows the stock 944 wiring pinout. I have found several sites that talk about this particular conversion. I did not save the links because each was able to offer a .pdf download which I saved to do my conversion. However, if you do a search on porsche 944 mirror conversion, I think you will get several helpful hits.

I'll email the .pdf to you, Pat.
I'll also include the one for the 968 door handles.

EDIT: PM email address, Pat.
The one I have is wrong...
