For the benefit of 944Hybrids users there are two search functions available for you to use.
The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.
When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).
After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

Tunage for EXPUPPY
I am sure i will get the predictable " I dont need no stinkin radio, i like the sound of the engine" responses, so queue up those keyboards. For the rest of us who make long journeys in our conversions, i need entertainment. It is to those that i speak;
Just installed a Clarion VZ400 into my lil tan rocket and wanted to relate that it fits pretty well with the interior. Just hit the button and a lil touchscreen deploys out and then flips up and lays against the heater control panel and gives me the option of AM/FM (never use that), Sirius ( use that a lot), CD, Navigation/GPS (use that too), DVD movies for the passenger (no porn allowed, but girls on trampolines is ok). It also has a spot for back up camera ( dont use it, dont care what is behind me), and some aux input stuff. So it goes like this, on the way to work, the sirius is playing skynrd, mutes it just long enough to show me the nav screen and a verbal instruction, then it switches back to skynrd until the lil woman calls on my blackberry, system mutes and asks me if i want to answer it. I touch yes on the screen, have a short chat with the wife, hit end and it goes back to skynrd until the nav system has something to say. Ya GOTTA love ^%$^%$ technology.
I installed a couple of panel mount USB female terminals just left of the globebox knob and my codriver can plug in his Iphone to listen to tunes and charge it. The other is a 5volt to charge my blackberry on the road. Cracks me up that a new car will charge $2500 for a lesser system and I have less than $500 in mine. Budget supersound for a budget supercar.

Re: Tunage for EXPUPPY
I agree, you need tunage and GPS, etc if you have a car you will drive for long distance. I haven't picked out what I will do for mine, still working to get it on the road, but that is a nice unit! I'm hoping to do some serious long distance driving in mine as well.
