The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.
When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).
After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

Re: lexan sunroof
Welcome....kinda (4 cyl??)
You talk as if we with V8's have no idea about this. ....Just hazin' ya a bit. We all know about saratoga. If anybody could easily handle it, it would be Eric. He already makes acrylic/lexan headlight covers. The thing is, they are difficult to make with the ability to latch (frame) as well as be stable at speed. I believe this is the problem that halted many attempts over there at rennlist???
I think over here, the consensus would be to get rid of the sunroof more than elaborate it. But, maybe another will chime in here.

Re: lexan sunroof
I have a fiberglass replacement panel that is light weight and would take some fabrication to make it removable. It' more of a glue in racing version, But I have thought of cutting a hole in it and installing a glass sunroof in it. None of the manufactures would email me any curve specs on their glass, I don't think a flat glass would look right and Lexan will be scratched the first time you clean it.

Re: lexan sunroof
At least on the 4cyl you don't have to worry about it flying off at high speed.

Hey I like that intake. You don't usually see an actual CAI. It's usually just a cone filter in the path of the radiators hot air. Who makes that and where can it be bought?

Re: lexan sunroof
dont worry i am buying those bumpers(just waiting for the snow to clear to make sure they will fit) and i know how fourm work at first every bodys got to hate ..... it clears out the weak .... i made that intake well i did not bend it but got it off of ebay and cut and drilled it to work ..... my old one was collapsing when ever i opened the throttle so i wanted a solid one and it was cheaper then getting a new rubber one................ and trust me i love a chevy v8 i have a 77 camaro with a hand built 383 stroker making 450hp 500tq but my 924s is the last year they where built and only 2190 where made for the US so i dont want to alter it "to much" just get what i cant out of what i got and put it on a hevy diet it will never be a race car just a fun daily driver
back on topic i know the lexan would get scuffed up easy but i really want a super light lid and would love the light without the wind
