Hi , I have a question about the VSS sensor . Transmission Porsche 944 S2 treadmill is in the VSS sensor , or you can use it after recalibration signal VSS for ECM lt1 350?

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. Do you need a VSS and are wanting to know if you can use the existing Porsche sensor in the transmission, then no. You will need to get an aftermarket VSS kit.
Texas Performance Concepts sells a kit. It's about halfway down on the following web page.

I ask if you can adapt Vss sensor from gearbox Porsche 944 S2 converter to provide a signal to the ECM ?

No you cannot use the Porsche sensor. You need the VSS kit to provide a signal to the ecu.
