For the benefit of 944Hybrids users there are two search functions available for you to use.
The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.
When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).
After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

Fast92 intake with throttle body
This was on the race engine that I bought a few months back. Since I'm cutting power, I installed my old LS6 intake and throttle body as a start. $890 shipped CONUS.

Re: Fast92 intake with throttle body
Thought I would throw it up here for my hybrid friends before posting on LS and corvette forums where it will move quickly.

Re: Fast92 intake with throttle body
Will this fit our cars? I have a LS6 intake and stock TB with a 3/8 crossmember drop. Is this setup any higher??

PM sent...
And here's an update.
My build uses an L33 (5.3 liter) and based on the research I've done, I think this manifold would be a bit larger than I need for my small displacement street engine. If I were running a 5.7 or larger, or building a high RPM track engine out of my 5.3, I would have jumped on this.
So, while I'd enjoy having this sitting on my engine, I'll leave it for someone who can get more use from it.
Thanks for the quick reply Lemming!

I cannot answer that as I did not try it in my car, but since Doc is running, I'd look at his build.

Re: Fast92 intake with throttle body
It fits on my car, I'm running 1/2" spacers. However the area that's tight is the throttle body, under the cross member area there's tons of room.
I shaved the throttle body some and cut out the brace on my hood.
I'm eyeing that IFC Racing fiberglass cowl induction hood, that'll give us all plenty of space...
