Transmission reinforcement plates

Post  Admin on Mon Jun 09, 2014 9:20 pm

Transmission reinforcement plates,
I just had 20 cut and they are ready to ship out. If you have asked about them now is the time to get them.
They are on the website for sale
Thanks

Can I ask what specifically these plates re-inforce and what kind of failure they prevent?
I need to put the long fifth in my AOR trans, I'm guessing that would be the time to install this.

They are made to help with case flex around the tail;l cone area. Yes now is the time to do it, just remember that you will need to have the tail cone milled down 1/4" to compensate for the plate thickness.

Does anyone know if someone is cutting 1/4 off the Al cast piece? Just asking before I start asking around locally
