The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.

When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).

After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

BMW Hydroboost install help

Post  murrayg on Mon May 26, 2014 10:33 am

Hi all,

Car is an 84 944. Motor is in (LS1) wired and ready to go. Time to start thinking of installing the brakes. Car has S2 calipers on 4 corners. I have a BMW Hydroboost system and a TurnOne pump. Is it true that the TurnOne (or GM) reservoir is too small for the BMW setup? Any one have pictures of a BMW install to get me started? I'm unsure how to get started...

Thanks,
Gord.

Hi Gord,

Check out the last page of my build thread here:

http://944hybrids.forumotion.com/t1167p75-87-s-with-2004-gto-ls1

That shows some of my BMW hydroboost install, as for the reservoir, yes, the BMW is pretty big, I will have to post some pics of my setup. PM me with contact info if you want to discuss or would like me to send pics direct.
