When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).

After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

Aftermarket intake

Post  murrayg on Thu Apr 24, 2014 6:57 am

Anyone have experience with hood clearance issues with an aftermarket intake? Are there any that are no higher than an LS1/LS6 intake? I guess what really matters here is the height of the TB, since this is what hits the hood. I've got 3/8 clearance with a 3/8 crossmember spacer and hood support notched. I'll wait until I finish the brakes (BMW HB) before I decide what to do with the crossmember spacers but an aftermarket intake is on my "wish list".

cheers,
Gord.

No issues with my FAST92 intake manifold, but I had to shave the FAST92 throttle body as well as remove the hoo bracing to get it to fit...
