I've looked. Has anyone done a swap on a S2 Cabriolet?

Can it be done? Are there complications with doing it? I really want to do this but can't find anyone who has preceeded me. I'm wondering if there is a reason.
Also, Hi! I have been here looking for years, but now have the meaans to get real about it. I have a 1986 turbo that is original with 48k miles and couldn't bring myself to change it from stock because it is just too nice and it seems that good original stockers are getting harder to find.
Well, now I have a 1990 S2 Cabriolet. It is really nice too, but I'm thinking it will make an awesome donor for the LS swap, as long as it can be done.

Any input will be appriciated.

There is one here  (with LS1) in Vero Beach but the owner purchased it ready made. If you PM me I will give you his email address.

I am about to do one too. there is no issue with doing it. The only thing I have heard is high HP/TQ engines could put a stress on the frame. I am building a daily driver so I am not worried.

1990 S2. Titanium Gray. Building 4.8.

Thanks Vorsche. Gonna get in touch with the kit makers this week. I haven't decided on witch kit I will be using, but I am going to get every extra needed to make it as seamless as possible.
