For the benefit of 944Hybrids users there are two search functions available for you to use.
The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.
When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).
After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

Re: Tire/wheels for track
I have another question. I saw this reference on the XXXXlist:
16x7.5" Club Sport (65.0mm) 16x9" Club Sport(60.0mm) That is front to rear.
"Those are the Turbo S offsets." From the list
My question has to do with offset. I forgot to mention I have 88 Turbo S Spindles and big blacks. That may be referred to as MO30---I'm not sure about that reference. It may apply to springs, spindles, and bars.
Since I have this front end it might imply I would need or maybe want the 65mm offset in the front.
If that is the case I'm inclined to go (Front to Rear) 9X10 or 10x10 18" wheels with 275 SQ or 255 SQ.
According to Tire rack 9-10" wheels work for 275 9.5" measured rim size
255 work on 8.5-10" wheels 9 Inch measured rim size
It seems to be easier to get Turbo twists in 9-10" with a 60-65 MM offset than a 9x17 with 65 mm offset. I don't want after market.
I don't know if a 10" wheel, in the front, would have some kind of clearance issues with a 65mm offset. It appears that a 10 inch wheel would only be 3mm wider to the out side and extend 23 mm toward the inside more than 9" 55mm offset wheel.
Availability also effects price. There seems to be lots of Porsche 993,996, Boxster wheels for sale at fair prices.
Thanks for any thoughts.

Docwyte: I saw that in your previous post. Do you think there would be any issue running 18" 60 or 65 offset in the front?
Thanks

In other words, if you're trying to fit a 18x10, that might not work. An 18x8 will fit no sweat.

Re: Tire/wheels for track
I want to run the 17x9 275 square set up,
But I can't find used cup 2 rims, or even replicas, that aren't a fortune.
I'm running boxster 17x8.5's w/255's and i discovered on my first autocross day that
they don't cut it.
Any other options? I want to stay stay square, and I'll roll the fenders if necessary-
