When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).

After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

968 swap from Ebay last year

Post  gamman on Fri Apr 20, 2012 9:59 pm

Blue ls1 with rebuild. This is the one from may 2011 ebay. I should have or should be buying this thing. It needs a ring and pinion. It's in Utah, I am not the owner, I am the moron that's not buying it. It has all the goodies I have ever wanted. 968, ls and not lt engine (not really that big of a deal but the ls should be worth $500-$1000 more), rebuild motor with receipts. Mike gokey conversion I think. Very clean. Blue with camel interior. Needs carpet and dash is a bit cracked. Body has 170k miles, engine is about 20k max. And has a cam and stuff. Buyer bought it from Ebay barely drove it and has put new dstar tires, Saratoga top, and new clutch cylinder. Now with randp it might be too much for him. It is for me, cause I am in Canada. He paid 17k last year, and then 1-2k of stuff. Blow Out price of 12.5, but cash talks. I got it inspected at a local shop and everything works. It has a power brake setup. The only other downfall is that it is a rh conversion. And that it has the 6 spd. However if you know what you are doing, putting in the 951 5 spd with the taller 5th is what you should really put in. I lined up one of those with a rebuilt lsd and cryogenic treated everything. So after looking for 3 years, and finding the ultimate car (for me), why am I passing? Well the tax man has other ideas on what I owe. I feel for the owner as I wasted about 2-3 weeks with him, so I am writing this ad. It has had $25-28k invested in it. Somebody smart please buy this car. And give me a rofr!!!
PM me for details/contact info if serious.
