track day oil recommendation?

What do all you track day guys use for oil in your LS1's? I'm in the midwest, pretty hot/humid during the track season

That's really heavy oil guys. Like what you should run in the factory 951 turbo motor.

I run Shell Rotella Synthetic 10w40.

Good point, I should have clarified that I am still running a stock 944 Turbo motor. My conversion is still an engine rebuild away.

cool, thanks for the suggestions. I ran the 20W50 in my turbo engine but thought it would be too thick for the LS1. A circle track racer I work with suggested the Joe Gibbs oils, they even make a LS1 specific viscosity.
