When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).

After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

Early 944 electronics tach?

Post  joecitizennn on Sun Mar 11, 2012 8:23 pm

Anyone have a good way to make the early 944 tach work with the lt1? I have the tach output from the ECM hooked up to my tach but of course it reads high. If you adjust the tach to the correct idle it still shows about 1000K too high at mid range and 2000k high at upper range.

Do a search, this has been gone over a lot in the past.

I must suck at searching because all I came up with was for the late model cars.

Here is what I came up with.

This is for the late cars, but gives you the general idea, I think.

One problem here is the old site is down, and I've found alot of links to there that pertain to this topic.
