The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.

When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).

After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

F-Body PCM already programmed and tuned for a 944 conversion

Post  Arthropraxis on Thu Jun 30, 2011 9:11 pm

I bought a F-body PCM from [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and he programmed for the conversion with the correct final drive ratio, manual gearbox, 40 tooth VSS, retain mass airflow and 25 inch rear tires, all of the emissions removed and rear O2 sensors deleted. He does some fuel mapping changes and other tweaking to optimize the performance. The program is not locked, you can still make changes. Check out his website and look at LS1tech.com for his references, he has a great reputation. The PCM is for a red and blue connector, it won't work with my green and blue connector harness without some rewiring so I am going to use the original PCM.

I paid $282. I will sell for $180 + shipping OR Best Offer

I see several new guys planning conversions. This is plug and play for a Red/blue harness or for a Green/blue with some harness re-wiring.

Can you tell me what he programmed the VIN as? Model vehicle and year. Does it come up as a M/T or an automatic. Did he delete the rear O2's? These are important to know for anyone doing a conversion in California.

I don't know the vin, it does have a seial number on it, not sure if it helps. The tune is set up for a manual car with all emissions and rear O2 sensors removed. Thanks, for the questions. I didn't think to include that info.

Will this work on a vette PCM? Are the years interswappable? Ie 92-94-95 PCM.

Still for sale. This should be plug and play for any conversion. I will sell it for $150 plus shipping and trade for your stock PCM.
