For the benefit of 944Hybrids users there are two search functions available for you to use.
The purpose of this sticky is to explain the "Advanced Search" function because it is much more powerful and is the best choice when researching information.
When you log on to the site a list of options is shown in a line at the top of the page. One option is labelled "Search", use this option (NOT the search box lower down on the right).
After you click on the upper search option, a drop down box appears. At the bottom of this box is a radio button marked "Advanced …

Can't afford $80.00 for a badge... $58.35 for shipping? I just received a turbo exhaust header and wastegate from Florida for less shipping than that?

What are you reading?
I'm not sure what you have been reading but the 20 "948" badges I had made and listed on Ebay were all sold within one week. The price was $20 and included "free" shipping.
I did not make any profit unless you count the two badges I kept for myself.
The $20 also covered the Ebay and Paypal fees.
I got lots of positive feedback from the purchasers.
I hope that clarifies the situation!

Re: 948 Badges are here.
No issues man, There was one left when I checked and under shipping it came up $58.35 USD for International USPS. Just to rich for my blood. I could have probably had it sent to a US buddy however I would have asked him first. They look good! My badge was cracking up so I just took it off, going
badge-less I guess!

Maybe
Maybe you should have contacted me via the "ask the seller a question", I would have willingly quoted you an accurate price for shipping to Canada.
Suggest you look at Paragon, they have plastic 944 badges for $12.50, would make a nice consolation prize.
By the way my name is Mike, not man.

Re: 948 Badges are here.
I found my old badge when I re-organized the shop. Pristine, never installed, and it is a quality piece from FlierMike.
I will probably build a 946 next time around so I'll let this one go for $25 shipped. Just PM

whoops
dammit, i check the forum at least every second day and somehow i missed the post. Although i have noticed lately that if i am logged in and then come back to re-login after my session times out cause i walk away for a bit; all my green dots for unread posts disappear. probably a stupid windows 8 thing with google chrome.
anyways, my loss on this one. oh well maybe mike'll get enough interest by the time i come to the completion of my build in two years time????

I will take it. PM me with your PayPal address and charges. Also, I sent you a PM yesterday with a question. If you could take a look at that.

Re: 948 Badges are here.
FlierMike did a great job having these made, mine has a place of honor on my desk until I have my car painted and show it to the world. One of those subtle touches I am proud to display.

Badge
If someone wants to fund a new batch of these badges I will willingly provide the name of the company that made them. They also have the master art work.

Re: 948 Badges are here.
I am looking in to having another run made. I received the info from Mike and will contact them. It would be helpful to have a head count so that I order enough.

An order has been placed. I should have them in about two weeks. Updates will be provided after they arrive. Jack
