They are made from 3 hand laid layers of fiber glass. I call them covers because they are not sturdy enough to be considered bumpers, to be bumpers you will need to reinforce them with some steel backing. The rear has a small angle of fiber glass to attach it to your car with, the front I do not have any mounting set up yet. Shouldn't be to hard to fab something though. The ujoint hits the plate behind the sbc mount, also the hard lines are about 1/64" from the engine block and modded Moroso pan. If you need to hook up an aftermarket temp gauge to your LS motor you will soon find that there is not many choices out there. Unless you want to special order a sending unit that will thread into the LS head(12mmx1.5) I bought an off the shelf gauge this weekend and installed it using a factory PCM temp sending unit. You cannot use the same sensor as the computer reads as it will confuse the computer, You ... Ironically, I just bought a Hooker Max Flow muffler and Magnaflow spun steel catalytic converter, both which are on this guy's car, along with the same 3" diameter exhaust pipe. I would get a whiff of the clutch on hard launches, putting it on the trailer and I think it was slipping at higher rpm. I'm running about 420hp/tq and predicting a 125 shot of nitrous in my immediate future So I'm thinking an aluminum flywheel but not sure of clutch size that fits in the rh bellhousing.
